the hotel had a central position near a pathway as well as centre of cape town business district. it also was in terms of shops or restaurants.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Cape Town, had much fun and met genuinely helpful staff in the breakfast and dinner service. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, not very far from Bree Street. Nothing too much trouble, greatly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very friendly, the location was outstanding, and the breakfast and room service food is excellent!

The price of the room was too high for the quality provided.

Exceptional staff, exceptional services, and excellent location adjacent to the V&A water front, main attractions and waterfront and the marina where there are multiple malls. Quick check-in and efficient check-out, parking onsite. Heated pool and spa.

Airport shuttle service very over-priced. Room rates too high for the standard of hotel but this is a problem with most South African hotels.

Very loud. Traffic starts at 5:30 a.m. in the morning and the hotel is in the middle of 3 main roads.

In general all services were excellent..from the reception on arrival until the taxi service from the hotel that dropped us off...everyone was excellent..see you soon

The pool is disappointingly small!!! A later shuttle service could improve evening access!!! Cleanliness in the bathroom needs immediate attention!!!

cycle was eased from hotel and goods for the cycle morning was great will stay here next year

Location poor, bottom end of Cape Town. View of highway and docks. Room smelt of smoke. White towels had stains. Bed lifted at bottom.

We played golf at Arabella with amazing views and enjoyed shopping nearby. The breakfast was excellent and super nice team. The free shuttle made it easy to explore. Just keep in mind, the wifi could use a boost.

Had an issue with toiletries not always being replenished, but the staff sorted it out quickly.

The service was unbelievable. It was amazing. They have a shuttle service from the hotel to the V&A waterfront which is really convenient. The location of this hotel is great. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A luxury hotel like this should have free wifi in certain areas at least.
